Virginia Rider Training Program - TMSTP (Tidewater Motorcycle Safety Training Program) is a licensed training provider for DMVs Virginia Rider Training Program (VRTP). They offer class in two locations, Portsmouth and the Eastern Shore. For a list of course dates go to the Training Schedule page and be sure to Select the Training Site as the EASTERN SHORE.
